When you install the gadget, it will be uncompressed into a folder under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets. The Nagstatus gadget folder is named something like Nagstatus.gadget, and beneath it look for XMLProviderScript\nagxmlstatus.cgi. The %USERPROFILE%\AppData is a hidden (or system, cannot remember exaclty) folder and is not displayed by default in Windows Explorer, you must choose "Display hidden files" in the Folder Options to see it. You can also find the script in the gadget package quite easily. The Nagstatus1.5.3.gadget is actually a ZIP archive.
